Packaging Express is located in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado at the foot of America’s Mountain, Pikes Peak. Our facility is the highest box plant in the United States at an elevation of 6,245 feet above sea level. With over 90,000 square feet of manufacturing space and our own fleet of trucks, we are able to serve companies throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico and Arizona.

After spending over 20 years in the same building in central Colorado Springs, we moved to a larger facility off of Garden of the Gods Road in 2020. This allowed us to double our space and add new equipment to better serve our customers and provide faster service. Plus we still have room to grow in the near future! We are proud to employ over 25 people with an average tenure of 10+ years. Our owner, Matt Davis, believes in treating our employees as owners and offering competitive pay and benefits.
The Best Box-Making Machines
Packaging Express is proud to have some of the best box-making machines in the state of Colorado. We have several machines in our Colorado Springs facility that can make almost any type of corrugated packaging, from shipping boxes to retail packaging to point-of-purchase displays. In the past couple years we have added two new machines to increase our ability to offer quality and speed. First, the Emba 175 Box Maker – the fastest box maker in the state! This workhorse can make up to 500 corrugated boxes per minute and we can offer 3-color print for branded packaging. Second, the Baysek is a high-capacity die cutter that can produce custom designed boxes in a fast and efficient manner.
